User Lockout Notification Message

Users are locked out of ZixPort for 30 minutes after they have unsuccessfully attempted to sign in three times. An error message appears informing them they have been locked out and a notification message is sent to their inbox informing them of the temporary lockout. The message informs them that they can reset their password immediately to unlock their account using the Reset button on the Sign In page.

The user is locked out of their account after three invalid sign in attempts. The user can re-access their account three ways:

Wait the specified amount of time (i.e., 30 minutes)

Reset their password

Call the administrator to unlock the account
